Shipping Info: Once an order is received I'll endeavor to dispatch your wonderful items within 2 working days.

I use Royal Mail for deliveries in the UK; the item will be sent 1st class and should take 1 day to deliver once dispatched.

For international deliveries (anything outside the UK) I use the Royal Mail International Standard delivery service, your items should reach you within 5 to 7 working days once dispatched.
Return Policy: I hope that you absolutely love your physical purchase from me, if however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to me in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation if applicable. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if you prefer, I will be happy to exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to me is also your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
